At Journey In Health you can expect a soothing, collaborative and therapeutic session with an attentive and knowledgeable therapist. With training in a variety of modalities and techniques, I am able to individualize each session to meet your specific needs for that day.

The goal of my practice is to empower you in your journey for optimal health and wellness through the use of therapeutic massage and bodywork. As we work together, I will strive to facilitate improvement in your body's function, inspire your mind, and nurture your spirit.
